1. Assembly Process
The wire beam sub-material number must be compared with the positioning plate to determine the size of the cutting line. In the process of wiring harness assembly, it is often possible to meet the size of sub-material, but it can not meet the size of positioning plate, resulting in a lot of unnecessary waste. Sub-material number is also under electrical testing and full inspection.
2. Wiring of a Harness.

5. Full Inspection.
1). Check that terminals and Conn are within the tolerance zone.
2). Check whether the binding ring is even. Check whether the assembly method of the parts is correct.
6. The material number of the wire beam is put into storage. The sub-material number must PASS the OQC test before the follow-up action.

Assembly Process Requirement
1. After wiring harness assembly, all wiring harness to parallel, and can not move. However, a cord or harness should not jam the wire.
2. PIN insertion or welding, the core wire can not be wound together, but also can not be too tight.
3. When wiring, the terminals, HOUSING, D-SUB, IDC, Conn of each sub-material number must match the mark of the locating board.
4. Each sub-material number wire must be arranged according to the route on the positioning board.
5. When tying, the rope should move vertically from the bottom of the loop.
6. The harness must be tightened and the tail must not exceed 1 mm.
7. The distance between the two loops is about 25mm, and the tail should be kept about 10mm at the end of each rope.
8. Each rope should be tied in a knot at the beginning and end.
9. When tying the string, do not loop or twist the rope. Coupler can not be stuck on the positioning nail, pull the rope, should be fixed on the line head of the rope on the positioning nail, and then bind the line. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the terminal to pull off the core wire or the terminal to fall off.
